On Monday (February 12), the country music community learned the devastating news that Daryle Singletary had passed away. The 46-year-old was one of the leading voices in country music throughout the 1990s and 2000s, with hit songs such as “Too Much Fun,” “I Let Her Lie,” and “Amen Kind of Love.”

Rumors concerning Singletary’s death started circulating early Monday morning. The news was eventually confirmed by McAlpin Entertainment. The organization wrote that Singletary had passed away that morning, and asked his fans to pray for his wife and children.
