Jason Aldean is getting rid of some real estate!

Variety was the first to break the news that Aldean has listed his Tennessee hunting ranch for sale. The property, named Black Jack Ridge, is located outside of the town of Centerville, Tennessee, which is about 60 miles away from Nashville.

The 1,436-acre property and hunting lodge is listed for sale at the price of $4,599,000. Once you take a look at it, you’ll understand why it comes with such a hefty price tag.

Hunters and outdoors enthusiasts will love this property, which features wooded areas, creeks, and a number of deer stands and feeding stations. The online description of the property explains its beauty in more detail:

Let the bubbling brooks on this 1,436-acre property serve as your private fishery or hunt turkey and deer from numerous points inside the high game fences that surround the land. Deer stands and feeding stations are spread throughout the property, as are creeks that meander through the mature hardwoods and dense forest, which makes Black Jack Ridge the ideal habitat for wildlife and hunting.

As for the house on the property, it is described as a 4,000 square foot “gentleman’s lodge” with a rustic, cabin-like appearance. The home was recently renovated, and contains a total of six bedrooms and 5.5 bedrooms.

The great room and gourmet kitchen has to be the most spectacular space in the home, with a reclaimed brick fireplace and a vaulted ceiling with exposed wood. Wood paneling is featured throughout the bedrooms and bathrooms in the home, completing the hunting lodge look.

A three-bay garage and carport with built-in barbecue is attached to the house, and there are also various outbuildings located throughout the property. As if that wasn’t enough, the listing details state that the large front lawn is the perfect helicopter landing pad. Good to know!

Aldean purchased the property in early 2012 following the success of his hit songs “Dirt Road Anthem” and “Tattoos on This Town.” He bought a second property in early 2016, which is located in Columbia, Tennessee. The 120-acre property was sold to Aldean for $5.35 million, and hosts a six bedroom and 8.5 bathroom mansion.
