“Slow Clap” is Stefani’s second single off of her upcoming album. In images to promote the song, Stefani took style inspiration from Shelton’s country roots. In the pictures, Stefani puts a twist on cowgirl getup with fringe and plenty of sparkles.

In one of the promotional posts, Stefani announced that her new single “Slow Clap” would debut on Thursday, March 11th, but Shelton somehow got his wires crossed. The country star jumped on Twitter to share support for his future bride, and he admitted that he thought the song came out on a different date. Shelton stated:
“Well I thought it was coming out tomorrow but it’s out NOW!!!!!! Slow Clap!!!!! Congratulations @gwenstefani!! I love you!”
While Shelton might have been a step behind in celebrating the release, he could not help but share his support for Stefani. See the full Tweet below.
