Carrie & Mike Enjoy A Night Out
Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher jetted over to Vegas together to celebrate at one of country music’s largest annual events, the ACM Awards. After welcoming their new baby boy Jacob in January (they also have a 4-year-old son, Isaiah), the two were understandably tired and probably ready for a fun date night!
In fact, Carrie was more exhausted than most people likely realized. Prior to the ceremony, she took to Twitter to reveal she had been up all night with Jacob and woke up with a terrible migraine.

But if you watched Carrie during the ceremony you likely had no idea that she was feeling under the weather. She looked and sounded fabulous!
Carrie not only sang solo, but also performed with a group of talented women including This Is Us actress Chrissy Metz to sing a song from the film Breakthrough. Both Carrie’s solo and group performances were hailed as some of the best of the night.

A Red Carpet Couple
When Carrie wasn’t performing, she could be seen cozying up to Mike in the crowd. The two also walked the red carpet together before the show, and stunned with their matching ensembles.
Carrie wore a gorgeous black and silver glittery gown that had slits up both sides, while her hair was styled in long, soft curls. Mike matched his wife by wearing a simple all-black suit, looking classy as ever!
But as stunning as the couple’s red carpet photos were, it was Mike himself who actually took and shared one of their best photos from the night. And it was a selfie!
A Smokin’ Hot Selfie
Midway through the ceremony, Mike stopped to snap a photo with Carrie while the two of them watched from the crowd. The closeup photos shows the pair resting their heads against each other while both smile at the camera. How sweet!
Since the photo was taken at a closer angle than most of the red carpet pictures, you can also see just how sultry and smoky Carrie’s makeup was. It was the perfect look to match her dress!

Although Carrie didn’t win any awards at this year’s ceremony, we’re sure she and Mike both walked away feeling like winners because they have each other. We hope they enjoyed their date night together at the ACM Awards…we certainly enjoyed watching Carrie perform!
