Just when we think things can’t get any better for Carrie Underwood, she proves us wrong! The country star seems to be unstoppable as she continues her reign as one of country music’s most beloved and successful female artists. In recent weeks she’s had more reasons to celebrate than usual. A new album, a new tour, a new baby and now…a new star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Carrie received her star on the most famous sidewalk in the world on Thursday (September 20). Brad Paisley and former American Idol judge Simon Cowell were on hand to honor the “Jesus, Take The Wheel” singer. She was also joined by her husband, mom, sisters, best friend, husband and her son, Isaiah.
It was a rare appearance by Isaiah as Carrie and her husband, Mike Fisher, have opted to keep him out of the spotlight. They have occasionally shared photos of the 3-year old to social media, but his face is rarely seen.

Isaiah was looking dapper Thursday as he helped his mom celebrate the unveiling of her star. He wore a white shirt, black vest and pants, and an adorable bow tie. His ensemble was completed with white sneakers. He was perhaps the only guest on-hand who came close to upstaging his famous mom who looked stunning in a red silk full-length jacket.
During Carrie’s tearful acceptance speech she thanked her husband and her son, saying, “He believes in me and we had another little man that believes in me too,” she said. “Isaiah Michael, I love you so much. You’re the best thing we ever did, the best thing. I love you and I’m proud of you and I believe in you too.”
Carrie, Mike and Isaiah will be welcoming a new addition to their family in 2019 then will hit the road in May for Underwood’s Cry Pretty Tour.
