This year’s CMA Country Christmas special aired on December 3. It was hosted by Trisha Yearwood, who took over hosting duties from two-time host Reba McEntire.

In addition to Yearwood, some of the featured performers were Lady Antebellum, Rascal Flatts, and Brett Young.

Christian duo for KING & COUNTRY also performed. Their rendition of “The Little Drummer Boy” was hailed as one of the standout moments of the special.

As of press time, the YouTube video of their performance has nearly two million views. To put things in perspective, the video has only been online for a little over two weeks.

If you’d like to see for KING & COUNTRY’s performance in context with the rest of the Country Christmas special, you’re in luck. It was just announced that the special will air for a second time this holiday season.

On Wednesday (December 18), the CMA announced on social media that the Country Christmas special would air one more time this year. The additional broadcast just so happens to be on Christmas Eve!

The “Encore Presentation” of the CMA Country Christmas special will air on December 24 at 9 PM EST. You can catch it on ABC.

The rebroadcast will give those who missed the special the chance to watch it before the holiday season comes to a close. And those who already caught the special earlier this year can watch it in full once more!
