Country Star Mourns Tragic Death Of Beloved Friend

It’s never easy to lose someone so close that you’ve shared so much with, but sometimes the Lord has a different plan for us.

Kimberly Schlapman, one of four members that comprise the country band Little Big Town – most notable for hits like “Girl Crush”, “Pontoon”, and “Boondocks”, just suffered a terrible loss that almost everyone can relate to.

Schlapman, known for her bubbly personality and bouncing blonde curls, posted a photo to social media along with a statement expressing her deep sadness over the loss of her beloved friend, Buck.

“Sweet Buck, you were my most unconditional friend. Our home will not ever be the same without your precious face. We miss you so much,” she writes.

The photo shows Buck – a black labrador who obviously was a treasured part of her family and someone they all will miss dearly.

Many of us have all lost a loved pet and those of us that have, know just how hard it is on everyone who loved them.

We share in her family’s time of grief and pray for them during this difficult time.

Watch Schlapman and her bandmates sing their new song “Miracle” in the video below.
