Season 11 of The Voice is getting closer!
Slowly but surely, we have been seeing hints about the upcoming season and this update is HUGE!
On July 25, veteran coach Blake Shelton revealed on Twitter that he was filming the battle round rehearsals with “one of [his] heroes”.
Anyway….. Lucky for me I'm filming battle rehearsals for @NBCTheVoice season 11 today.. With one of my heroes!!

News sources, including us, were racking our brains trying to figure out who his advisor would be this season, but we were nowhere near close!
Us Weekly reported who each coach’s advisor would be and we did not see Shelton’s coming!
He is teaming up with Broadway legend, singer-songwriter, and actress Bette Midler. Coach Adam Levine enlisted the help of Rock N’ Roll Hall of Famer Sammy Hagar, new coach Alicia Keys brought Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Charlie Puth on her team and the show’s other new coach, Miley Cyrus, has rocker Joan Jett helping her out.
Once battle rounds rehearsals are complete, they dive right into the battle round, then the knockout rounds and then the live shows!
Other than knowing the advisors, we didn’t know when the show premiered, or even have a cast photo of all the new coaches together – until now!
The Voice revealed the new coaches photo on their Facebook with the caption, “This. Changes. Everything.”
The poster also included the show’s premiere date, September 19! Will you be watching?! See the photo below.
