Country music fans, get ready for a new track from Jelly Roll.

Nashville’s tattooed troubadour has just released a brand-new song titled “Dead End Road,” the latest single from the upcoming Twisters movie soundtrack. The film is said to be a follow-up to the 1996 storm-chasing classic Twister. It stars Glen Powell, Katy O’Brian, and Daisy Edgar-Jones. You can watch the trailer for it below.

“Dead End Road” showcases Jelly Roll’s signature blend of country and rock.

The song, co-written by Jelly Roll with Jaxson Free, Taylor Phillips, and Brock Berryhill, fits well with the high-energy theme of the Twisters movie.

The accompanying music video features Jelly Roll performing amidst a scene of storms and destruction. If you thought storm chasers were crazy, wait till you see Jelly! He’s standing in a house getting ripped apart by a twister like it’s just another Tuesday in Tennessee. There’s fire, there’s wind, there’s debris flying everywhere – it’s completely action-packed.

While created for Twisters, the song carries Jelly Roll’s trademark emotional depth.

Known for tackling tough subjects like addiction and mental health, he continues this trend with “Dead End Road.” Check out the lyrics to the chorus below.

“Cause that highway to hell is the road I’m on
I need to turn around before I’m too far gone
If I’m ever gonna make it on them streets of gold
I gotta quit livin’ on a dead end road.”
