When Kelly Clarkson first announced she would have her own talk show, we knew we would have to tune in every day.
She kicks off every show with the segment “Kellyoke,” where she covers a popular song as she walks out from backstage. Clarkson has covered Katy Perry, Dolly Parton, Nick Jonas, Tim McGraw, Carrie Underwood, and so many more!

After Kellyoke, Clarkson dives into talking about viral, feel-good stories, interviewing actors, singers, and regular people, too!
Her show has averaged 1.9 million viewers since its premiere in September, which, according to The Hollywood Reporter is the “strongest start for a first-year syndicated talk show in seven years.”
The Kelly Clarkson Show is the fourth most-watched syndicated daytime talk show behind Dr. Phil, Live with Kelly and Ryan, and The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Seeing as the other three shows have been on for a decade or longer, this is quite an impressive feat!
Because of the success, NBCUniversal Television Distribution has officially renewed the show for a second season in syndication!

Clarkson filmed a video of herself after she found out the news, saying, “I just got the greatest news ever! So apparently we got renewed! The Kelly Clarkson Show is coming back definitely for Season 2, thank you so much to all the fans for all the support, all the actors and artists that have been coming on the show, all the human interest people who’ve been coming on, especially those stories. I think that’s what we’re all desperately needing. Thank you all so much for being part of the show. The show would be nothing without all the guests and the audience and the vibe. We really appreciate it! We’re working hard for you all and we’re glad you’re digging it, so here we go Season 2!”
