Country singer Mickey Guyton announced the birth of her first child, a son named Grayson, on Instagram on February 8, 2021.
“The hardest and most beautiful thing I have ever done. Welcome to the world Grayson!” she wrote alongside a photo of him swaddled in a blanket.

While Mickey normally keeps her personal life pretty private, she does share the occasional photo of her son and husband, Grant Savoy.

For Grayson’s very first Halloween, Mickey and Grant dressed him up as an astronaut, and he looked SO cute!

Unfortunately, Grayson came down with something recently and Mickey took him to the doctor. Turns out, it’s more serious than anyone could have thought because they rushed him to the Intensive Care Unit. The singer took to Twitter on Thursday (Nov. 18) to ask her fans for prayers.
“I normally don’t do this but my son is being sent to the icu. The doctors don’t know what’s wrong. Please please pray,” she wrote.

On Friday (Nov. 19). Mickey gave an update on her son. She shared a photo of her husband holding Grayson, who was hooked up to countless wires, and wrote, “He’s not in the clear but he’s on the mend. Thank you for your prayers. I will update y’all as soon as I am able. Thank you thank you thank you for your love and support.”
We will continue praying for Grayson.
