Watching the Thanksgiving Day Parade is a beloved holiday tradition. Every year, millions of people across the country tune in to see the beautiful floats and adorable balloons.

The parade is made all the more exciting with the addition of musical guests. On that note, country fans have an extra reason to be excited this year.

On November 1, Macy’s revealed that country artists are taking over this year’s parade. Those who tune in to watch the parade on NBC will get the chance to see some of their favorite stars perform, including Kelsea Ballerini, Brett Eldredge, and Maddie & Tae.

Don’t worry, there won’t be any shortage of country music for those who prefer to watch The Thanksgiving Day Parade on CBS. The network announced on Friday (November 11) that Miranda Lambert will perform for its broadcast of the parade. She will join British rock legend Sting, who was also announced as a performer.

We know that Lambert will have plenty of new music to share for the parade. Her album, The Weight of These Wings, drops six days beforehand. Maybe she’ll sing her song “Highway Vagabond,” which she recently released an audio clip of. Go ahead and listen to that clip below.

If you’re just as excited as we are to see Lambert perform for The Thanksgiving Day Parade on CBS, be sure to tune in to the three-hour special when it airs on Thanksgiving morning!
