The country songstress has finally sold the last piece of the life they once shared and now can rest easy after listing the expansive home for sale just over a month ago.

According to The Real Estalker at Variety, Miranda Lambert remained in possession of the Nashville-area pad after she and Blake Shelton split in July 2015.

Nestled in the heart of the hills of Brentwood, TN, this 11,000 square foot sprawling mansion was first purchased by the power couple in 2013 for $2.26 million, and from those figures it looks like Lambert is set to rake in a cool $340K of profit after the sale.

Adorned with touches fit for any successful music artist, this gated-community plot features five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and a host of dazzling other rooms designed to make living life easy.

Currently, the home she once shared with ex-hubby Blake is listed as “pending sale” while the now separate stars each have moved into other homes – Shelton going back to his 1,200-acre ranch in Tishomingo, Oklahoma and Lambert throwing down more than $3 million for an elegant estate in Primm Springs, TN.
