Miranda Lambert and her husband Brendan got the chance to celebrate a sunny and warm “Texmas” this year with her family in the Lone Star State.
The Lamberts are from Texas, so that’s where Miranda and Brendan spent the holiday this year. Temperatures across the U.S. were higher than normal, and got up to 70 degrees back at the Lambert home.
That meant that Miranda, Brendan, and her family members were able to don short-sleeved plaid shirts and soak up some sun as they celebrated throughout the day.
Miranda referenced their attire in a hashtag she included alongside a slideshow of photos on Instagram, writing, “#soPLAIDtobehome.”

Two of the pictures Miranda shared show her with Brendan. The third photo in the slideshow is a collage of all of their pets.
Miranda also wished her fans a Merry Christmas through a post from MuttNation, the organization she and her mom established to help pets in need.
The Christmas greeting was accompanied by a photo of Miranda with three of her dogs: Waylon, Jessi, and Bellamy.
“Merry Christmas!!! Hope y’all are enjoying a lovely day with your furry friends and family!” read her Christmas message.

This Christmas was just another bright spot in an already spectacular year for Miranda. In addition to marrying Brendan in early 2019, she also released a new record this year.
The album, titled Wildcard, contains the hit single “It All Comes Out in the Wash” and her latest release, “Bluebird.” You can enjoy the latter song by listening to its official audio clip below.
We hope Miranda, Brendan, their families, and fur babies all had a wonderful Christmas this year!
