While preparing for the magical Elton John tribute in New York City, this country songstress recruited a very special friend (and fellow performer) to help bring back one of her all-time favorite traditions.
Miranda Lambert has been known for her beaming smile and sparkling personality both on and off stage and this adorable tradition is only a testament to that! Teaming up with her behind-the-scenes glam crew and fellow country singer Maren Morris, Lambert resurrected this fun pre-concert tradition in a way only she could!
The videos, which Lambert affectionately calls a “Glam Jam,” were a regular thing for her up until mid-2017, when she stopped posting them. Bringing the tradition back, Lambert kicked off 2018 with a throwback to one of the biggest songs of 1999.
The whole squad of her makeup and glamour crew got in on the action, singing “No Scrubs” by TLC into makeup brushes, scissors, hairspray, a lint roller, and even a champagne bottle!
These videos have clearly been a big part of Lambert’s pre-concert routine and bring her great joy – as well as her fans!
