In an unexpected late-evening announcement, this former champion and current NASCAR Monster Energy Cup driver revealed that he and his new wife are expecting their first child sometime this fall!
The 2011 ARCA Racing Series champion and 2013 Camping World Truck Series Most Popular Driver has since shifted gears and is now fighting his way toward the top in his fourth year as part of NASCAR’s top series with his team, Germain Racing.
Ty Dillon, who’s best finish was during last year’s Cup Series, is the brother of fellow NASCAR driver Austin Dillon and both are the sons of retired driver Mike Dillon. They are also the grandsons of Richard Childress.
Dillon and his wife of more than two years, Haley, were clearly thrilled to make the announcement on Twitter and prepared a truly adorable photo shoot for the occasion that featured a beautiful sunset backdrop, their little dog, and a small hot air balloon along with giant inflatable letters that spelled out “BABY”.
In one of their announcement photos, the two announced when they were expecting their new addition to arrive, writing, “Baby Dillon Coming….November 2017!”
