Love is definitely in the air in Nashville! From Kane Brown‘s “enchanted” wedding to Maren Morris‘ boho-themed celebration, some of our favorite country stars have tied the knot. Another pair to make their love official was Nashville actor, Chris Carmack and his wife, Erin Slaver.

Hit TV series Nashville premiered on ABC in October of 2012. The show focuses around the storyline of the lives of various country music singers out of Nashville, Tennessee. Drama surrounds their careers, families, and friendships as they push through the tough industry to get to the top. Carmack’s character “Will” played the role of the sexy country singer and guitar player. Originally appearing as a womanizer and threat to a marriage, the show later reveals that his character is gay.

Their Love Story Begins
Aside from appearing as a lead character on a hit TV series, Nashville brought Carmack real-life love. The actor met his now-wife, Slaver when she appeared in Seasons one and two of Nashville. Her acting skills aren’t her only talent though. Slaver is also a violinist, songwriter, and vocalist performing as a backup artist for several country singers including Keith Urban and Kelly Clarkson.
In the spring of 2016, the couple got engaged. Not but a couple months later, the couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl.

On Oct. 19, 2018, this sweet duo said “I do” during their ceremony in Nolensville, Tennessee. The couple held their big day at Mint Springs Farm with a stunning backdrop of the lake and green land. Carmack’s Nashville co-star, Sam Palladio attended the ceremony with Cassadee Pope as his plus one. Palladio shared several photos from the wedding with the caption “2 of my favorite people in the world got married this weekend.”
