After unleashing their romantic duet on the world as part of his newest album, these two ‘Voice’ coaches and adoring couple have already been working on a brand new track together – but it’s nothing like their first project!
Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani have been dating for almost two years now, and so far they’ve only worked on one song together, but there have been a seemingly endless stream of rumors coming out that they are planning on a new release this year.
Registered with national performing rights organization, BMI, Blake and Gwen have officially collaborated on a new song together – and we can’t wait for it to come out!
Their new song “You Make It Feel Like Christmas” is a collaborative effort between Blake, Gwen, famed Nashville songwriter and producer Busbee and Justin Tranter.
While there is only the official registration for the song and title, this new project for Blake and Gwen falls right in line with many rumors circulating that they had been working toward a holiday release – but the rumors seem to split when it comes to who will be the lead artist or if they will have a full duets album.
Blake already released his own holiday album back in 2012 titled Cheers, It’s Christmas and it featured a country-fried rendition of Michael Buble’s “Home” that became a massive success for the country star. His girlfriend, on the other hand, has not yet released any holiday music – so it’s possible this could be part of a full-length holiday album for her.
