When Does Season 28 Of The Voice Start?
Season 28 of The Voice is this close to premiering, and the Voice coaches are celebrating with a musical collaboration!
The 28th season of The Voice starts on Monday, September 22. You can watch the show on NBC at 8/7c, or stream it the following day on NBC’s streaming service, Peacock.
Season 28 features four returning coaches: Michael Bublé, Snoop Dogg, Niall Horan, and Reba McEntire. Snoop is the only coach who hasn’t won before, so he’s extra motivated to coach a contestant to victory this season.
The upcoming season will feature a game-changing new rule that will give longtime host Carson Daly more power than ever before. He now has a “Carson Callback” card, which he can give to one no-chair contestant to give them a second chance to sing during the blind auditions.

The Coaches For Season 28 Of The Voice Share Groovy Cover Of “The Joker”
The Voice coaches often unite for a collaboration before each season’s premiere. In the past, the coaches have performed songs such as “Tiny Dancer,” “Take It Easy,” and “Put a Little Love In Your Heart.”
This year, the coaches for Season 28 united to sing Steve Miller Band’s “The Joker.” They released the video of their collaboration on September 19, just three days before the season premiere.
The video opens with footage of the coaches getting ready backstage while the crowd clapped to the beat, anxiously awaiting their arrival. The crowd roared with excitement once the coaches finally made their way onstage.
Reba kicked things off, singing solo before Snoop, Michael, and then Niall jumped in. They never stopped smiling as they powered through their fun-lovin’ and groovy performance. What a way to set the mood for Season 28!
