The Duck Dynasty family rose to fame thanks to their extremely successful company Duck Commander. Along with making the finest and most effective duck calls a hunter can find, they also made popular hunting videos.

Because their passion of hunting doesn’t stop at ducks, they have branched out into several different business using the same model. First was Buck Commander, a deer hunting company, which is also co-owned by country stars Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan, among others, including Willie Robertson, who has a hand in all the “Commander” companies.

Buck Commander also proved to be extremely successful, so the Robertson clan expanded even more with Fin Commander and Strut Commander, fishing and turkey hunting companies.

Along with merchandise and turkey calls, Strut Commander has followed in Buck and Duck Commander’s footsteps by producing wildly popular hunting videos. The two main Strut Commander guys are Mike Miller and Jordan Summit, who both started out as cameramen and producers for the deer hunting company.

In a recent social media post, Strut Commander is asking for your prayers after a death in the family. Miller’s brother Pat passed away last week after “a tragic farming accident.”

Like Mikey, Pat loved to turkey hunt and they were able to get one last hunt together this spring,” the post read.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Miller, his family, as well as the Strut Commander family.
