How Denise Inspired Many Of Her Husband’s Romantic Songs

In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, Alan spoke with iHeart Country about his 44-year marriage to Denise.

We got a lot of history together now, and we’re happier than we’ve ever been,” he said.

Alan went on to share how Denise has always inspired his romantic songs.

So, she’s still beautiful, and she’s always inspired songs,” he said. “I mean, one of my early hits was a song called ‘I’d Love You All Over Again,’ I wrote for her for our 10th anniversary. I mean, there’s been a zillion songs that pieces [of] our good days and bad days [have] inspired, and they continue to.
