When Kelly Clarkson married Brandon Blackstock in 2013 she became a stepmom to his daughter, Savannah, and son, Seth. The couple later welcomed a daughter and son of their own, River and Remington.
Since Kelly knew Savannah and Seth when they were young, she treated them as her own. She occasionally shared photos of them on social media, and even brought them to public events with her.

Sadly, Kelly and Brandon went their separate ways in 2020. While the legalities are still being worked out, the former couple is now estranged. Kelly has primary physical custody of River and Remington, and it’s unknown how often she sees Savannah and Seth, if at all.
Kelly does still follow Savannah on Instagram, which is where the 20-year-old recently shared some exciting news. She’s pregnant!
Savannah announced that she and her longtime boyfriend, Quentin Lee, are expecting their first child. She shared the news by posting a series of photos of her showing off her baby bump.
“the most precious secret we’ve ever kept…” she captioned the photos.

Savannah received congratulatory messages from many of her followers. One of those messages came from Voice winner Chevel Shepherd, who was on Kelly’s team.
“oh my goodness!!! congrats!!! i’m so excited for you two,” Chevel said.
Savannah also shares a tie to another singer…Reba McEntire. The country music legend was previously married to Narvel Blackstock, who is Brandon’s father. That made Reba the step-grandma of Savannah.
Reba and Narvel had one son of their own, Shelby. That means that Savannah’s baby will be Shelby’s great-niece or great-nephew. Shelby, his fiancée Marissa, and Reba all still follow Savannah on Instagram, and Marissa “liked” Savannah’s pregnancy announcement post.
