Gwen’s birthday video for Blake includes clips of them singing together, hanging out behind the scenes of The Voice, and visiting the Grand Ole Opry. The video also features a few sweet clips from their wedding day.

Gwen set the compilation to the tune of her and Blake’s 2020 duet, “Nobody but You.”

“Nobody but You” reached the #1 spot on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart, becoming Gwen’s first #1 country song. The track has since been certified 2x Platinum by the RIAA.

The Couple Recently Released A New Duet, “Hangin’ On”

“Nobody but You” isn’t the only song Blake and Gwen have recorded together. The couple has released six additional duets, including:

  • “Go Ahead and Break My Heart,” released in 2016
  • “You Make It Feel Like Christmas,” released in 2017
  • “Happy Anywhere,” released in 2020
  • A cover of the Judds’ “Love Is Alive,” released in 2023
  • “Purple Irises,” released in 2024
  • “Hangin’ On,” released in 2025

“Hangin’ On,” their most recent collaboration, was just released on Blake’s new album, For Recreational Use Only. The song is quite different from their other duets, because it’s a breakup song.

But fans don’t need to fret. The song reflects no trouble in Blake and Gwen’s real-life relationship. They simply wanted to record it to challenge themselves as performers.

It’s a song that pushes us vocally, and we just love the song,” Blake said before its release. “We’re to a point in our lives where we just wanna do songs that we love and then see what happens, I guess, later.”

Blake described “Hangin’ On” as a “badass country song,” and fans finally heard it when For Recreational Use Only dropped on May 9. Listen below.
