New Exhibit In The Country Music Hall Of Fame Will Recognize Lainey Wilson And Her Musical Journey
Lainey Wilson still has a few years before she is eligible to become a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame. But she’s already the subject of an upcoming exhibit in the HOF’s connected museum.
On Tuesday (June 17), the CMHOF unveiled its plans to honor Wilson with a museum exhibit. Called “Lainey Wilson: Tough as Nails,” the exhibit will follow Wilson’s musical journey and the most exciting moments of her career so far.
The Tennesean quotes the Hall’s CEO, Kyle Young. He said:
“This exhibit will examine the seeds of her career, including the requisite talent, hard work and ingenuity throughout her ten-year journey in Nashville that fueled her emergence as a globally popular and beloved artist. As her career has flourished, she continues to reflect these roots and core values in her music and life.”

Speaking about the exhibit, Wilson said:
“It’s a dream come true to have my own exhibit in the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and such an incredible honor to be included next to so many of my heroes and legendary artists.“
The Grand Ole Opry member and reigning ACM Entertainer of the Year had more to say about the honor. She added:
“These past few years have been a complete whirlwind, and it’s going to be really amazing to see the whole journey captured in the exhibit, along with some special items from growing up in Louisiana. I can’t wait to see how it turned out and for my family, friends and fans to check it out.“
How Long Will Lainey Wilson’s CMHOF Exhibit Be Open To The Public? What Can Visitors Expect To See?
Wilson’s HOF exhibit will open on July 18. Fans will have nearly a year to view it before it closes in June 2026.
Those who visit the museum will see a collection of memorabilia from various stages of Wilson’s life. Stage costumes, photographs, and childhood possessions are among the artifacts showcased in the exhibit.
For example, visitors can view the program for the Baskin School’s kindergarten graduation. Wilson delivered her first performance during the ceremony, singing “Butterfly Kisses”.
Additionally, visitors will get an up-close look at a special belt buckle engraved with the brand of Wilson’s family farm. She wore the belt buckle at the CMA Awards in 2022, the year she won New Artist of the Year and Female Vocalist of the Year.

The sequined tank top Wilson wore while working as a Hannah Montana impersonator in the 2000s will also be displayed in the exhibit. Plus, Yellowstone fans can see the outfit Wilson wore as her character, Abby, in the show’s finale.
