Just a few days after premiering her new single at the ACM Awards, Lainey Wilson brought the same fiery energy to the finale of The Voice on Monday night (May 20).
On Thursday, May 16, Wilson kicked off the 59th Annual ACM Awards with an incredible performance of Little Texas’ “God Blessed Texas,” followed by the premiere of her single “Hang Tight Honey.”

“Hang Tight Honey” is the lead single off Wilson’s upcoming fourth album, Whirlwind, which she announced on May 9.

The Voice announced she would be one of the many guest performers on Night Two of the season finale Tuesday night!
Other guest performers included Kate Hudson, Jelly Roll, Thomas Rhett, The Black Keys, and Keith Urban.
Wilson brought “Hang Tight Honey” to The Voice and had everyone on their feet.
On Tuesday night, The Voice will crown / crowned the winner of Season 25 after narrowing it down to finalists Asher Havon and Josh Sanders from Team Reba, Nathan Chester and Bryan Olesen from Team Legend, and Karen Waldrup from Team Dan + Shay.
Earlier in the season, Waldrup performed a cover of Wilson’s “Heart Like A Truck,” with fans calling her a star already.
