It’s official! Sadie Robertson is married. The Duck Dynasty star wed Christian Huff in front of family and friends at her parents’ home in West Monroe, Louisiana.
Sadie and Christian announced their engagement on June 9, 2019, after about a year of dating with an immediate blessing from her parents Willie and Korie Robertson.

In the days leading up to the wedding ceremony, Sadie’s family and future husband shared emotion-filled letters they had written for her. Her mom recalled memories of Sadie as a child and shared that she had been praying for this moment since she was born.
“I love you dearly, sweet girl! I can’t wait to see you walk down the aisle to begin your life as Mrs. Sadie Huff. I will be there as always cheering you on. I might shed a few tears, but I promise every one of them will be tears of joy and thankfulness for the blessing that your life is to me, that I get to be your mom, and on that day the mother of the most beautiful bride,” Korie Robertson wrote.
On Monday (November 25), Christian shared a letter he had written to his bride.
“Soon, we are about to make a covenant with the Lord and with each other that it is just us for a lifetime. Let’s go make the best memory that’s yet to come thus far and have the biggest celebration of all celebrations,” Christian wrote. “I could not possibly be more excited to see you walk down the aisle, hoping that I don’t stutter every one of my vows because I’ll be so in awe of you. I love you so much. Soak it all in my love, this is happening!”
The Monroe News Star reported that many of the couple’s celebrity friends were in attendance. Among them were Touched by An Angel actress Roma Downey and her husband Mark Burnett, and Sadie’s fellow Dancing With the Stars competitor and Fresh Prince of Bel-Air actor Alfonso Ribeiro. Louie Giglio, a mentor to Sadie and Christian and pastor of Passion City Church in Atlanta, officiated the ceremony.
Photos taken by the publication show the ceremony area surrounded by walls covered in greenery, with white string lights draped overhead. A white tent was nearby that had wedding dresses of Robertson women from previous generations on display. See photos here.
