Some serious congratulations are in order for this year’s winner of the 2019 CMA Male Vocalist of The Year – and we couldn’t be more happy for him!
The final five nominees for the 2019 CMA Awards in the Male Vocalist Of The Year category were narrowed down to just a single winner during one of the biggest nights of the year for country music!
Dierks Bentley, Keith Urban, Luke Combs, Thomas Rhett, and Chris Stapleton all received well-deserved nominations for the category, but there could truly be only one winner.
Luke Combs is the newest singer to receive a nomination, and it’s no wonder why – he’s had one amazing and crazy year that’s been filled with breathtaking moments and hard-earned achievements.
All of the other nominees have either been nominated for or won this exact category at least once in previous years. In fact, Chris Stapleton was sitting in a very similar position to Luke Combs when he swept the 2015 CMAs during his first year!
Now, introduced to a sweeping wave of cheers for “LUUUKE” across the stadium as he walked to the microphone and issued his own “Thank You’s” to everyone who helped make this night a possibility.
Congratulations to Luke Combs on this amazing honor!
