After a taping of ‘The Voice,’ all the coaches went back to their trailers and Stefani had something waiting for her beau. She managed to have a rather large version of John Legend’s Sexiest Man Alive cover put on Blake’s trailer!
“I’ve had Gwen as my best friend, and I can see the effect that it has on somebody, the way she helps you to believe in yourself,” Blake said…
