NASCAR’s famous female racer and her sports star boyfriend have apparently shacked up together and laid out nearly $30 million in cash for a sweet Italian villa on the Malibu shoreline.

According to Variety.com, the pair closed on this 4,600+ square-foot home just in time for Christmas. Records obtained by the outlet show that the transaction was an all-cash deal and occurred months after the two moved into the home. It looks like they had been leasing the property for the summer and decided to make it permanent!

Danica and Aaron also recently shared a podcast episode that is part of her series and she has recorded a few of them at this Malibu estate already.
In a post-Christmas Instagram post, she shared her feelings and thoughts on the recent episode with Aaron, saying: “I have to say, I was a little nervous about it! Sometimes when you are really close to someone it makes it harder to know where to start, where to draw the line, or what people already know about them.”

While the couple has been living in the home for months, Variety reports that making it permanent says a lot about where they’re planning on keeping their careers. This is all after Danica made her retirement from racing official last year.
The property, which has a whole list of famous former owners, also is being deeded solely in Aaron Rodgers’ name – according to the documents obtained by the outlet.
