When Luke Bryan asked his wife, Caroline, out on a date night, she did not realize the activities would include duck hunting.

In a video that Caroline shared on Instagram, Luke jokes that the two have hit a milestone in their marriage by duck hunting together. In the caption, Caroline joked that she might “sabotage” since she liked ducks. Caroline wrote:
“When he asked me to go on a date, didn’t realize it would be hunting…..guess I’m going hunting today. And I love ducks….so I might sabotage this hunt too.”

Later Bryan shared a photo of himself and Caroline dressed head to toe in hunting gear. Luke stood with his hand wrapped around his wife’s shoulder while Caroline gave the camera a sarcastic thumbs up.
“[I] Can’t believe you made me wear that hat,” Caroline poked at her husband in the comment section.
Luke revealed in the photo caption that the date did not go according to plan, which made fans wonder if Caroline followed through with her threat to undermine the hunting adventure. Luke admitted that the pair had to wade through four feet of water after getting stuck.
“Right before I got us stuck and had walk through 4 feet of water. I’d say it was a successful day date,” Bryan joked in his caption.
