Snoop Dogg Got To “Put A Verse” On A New Zach Bryan Song

Howdy! Has Snoop Dogg Gone Country?

Snoop Dogg is back again, breaking into the country scene. When Snoop was asked why he is “about the only artist without a country album.” He responded with, “Let me tell you something. Howdy partner, I may be coming.”

Who knows if Snoop Dogg will release a country album, but we know that he has revealed some very exciting country collaborations in the works.

On the same Today show, Snoop revealed that he got to “put a verse” on a Zach Bryan song. When asked if he liked country music, Snoop did not respond with a yes or no. He said, “Zach sent me a song. I gotta put a verse on it.”

Zach Bryan’s latest album was released on July 4th of this year, and no new albums have been announced, making this announcement exciting for his fans! New music is in the works, according to Snoop.

Snoop did not stop there. He announced a collaboration with Jelly Roll on his upcoming album, Missionary, which will be the iconic rapper’s 20th studio album.

Snoop Dogg On The Voice 

Snoop has not only dipped his toes into the country music scene with two big collaborations, but he also has a packed team filled with country musicians on The Voice.

The rapper joined Reba and Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton‘s wife, on this season of The Voice. It is his first year, and he is taking it by storm, even stealing country musicians from Reba’s team.

For example, MisterMoon, a country duo that just auditioned for The Voice, had a choice between Reba and Snoop but went with the rapper.
