The CMA Awards are a long-standing tradition for country music fans. And when Brad and Carrie started hosting the ceremony, things got hysterically good.
And this year was no different. We’re counting down the top 5 funniest moments for ya.
5. “A Star Is Bored”
Brad and Carrie have got the CMA Awards down to a science. This time they decided to take the new box office hit, A Star Is Born and turn it into a ridiculous parody. Calling out Keith Urban and even Chris Stapleton, the two opened the whole show with a dash of humor.

4. Wings For Days
As a joke to keep the crowd laughing, the CMA gave out free chicken to the stars. While most celebrities laughed it off and didn’t eat the snack, radio personality Bobby Bones and his DWTS partner, Sharna Burgress chowed down. Fans caught the moment and called the couple out for hilariously eating the free food.

Luckily the dancers aren’t shy and even posted a picture of themselves nibbling on the food in the front row. Bobby even said, “When you’re sitting front row At The Country Music Awards. And they give you free chicken as a joke. You still eat it.” We couldn’t agree more, Bobby.

3. Luke Bryan Flossing?
No, not his teeth. Luke Bryan decided to take on the newest popular trend among the cool kids. After Brad and Carrie asked him to stand up and show the crowd his moves, Bryan tried his hand at the dance.
2. Carrie’s New Son
While getting to see Mason Ramsey perform his yodel that helped him go viral was a treat in itself – it was made even better when the boys poked fun at Carrie’s fall last year by giving her a bubble-wrap dress.

The running joke was that Mason was Carrie’s new son and the next day, he took it to a whole new level by changing his Twitter name to “Lil Underwood.”
1. Brad’s Carrie Jacket
At the end of the night, Brad decided to send us off with one more laugh – and he wore it proudly. Sporting a custom blazer, Brad was one walking…Carrie? Her face had been screen-printed all over the jacket leaving us to wonder, who agreed to make that?
