Luke Bryan and his wife, Caroline, have two sons: Thomas (who goes by the nickname “Bo”) and Tatum (who goes by the nickname “Tate”). The Bryans also took in their nieces, Jordan and Kris, and nephew, Til, after their parents (Luke’s sister and brother-in-law) both passed away.

Tate is the youngest of Luke and Caroline’s kids. The same year he was born (2010), Luke scored his first #1 hit with “Rain Is a Good Thing.” His followup single, “Someone Else Calling You Baby” also reached #1 later that year.
It’s hard to believe it, but Tate is now 11 years old! His birthday was August 11, and his parents wanted to make sure his day was a special one.
Luke and Caroline wrote loving birthday notes to Tate on their respective social media pages.
“Happy Birthday Tot,” Luke wrote next to a photo of Tate showing off a fish he caught. “You are growing up way to [sic] fast. I hope you have the best 11th birthday ever. I love you buddy.”
“11 on the 11th!! Happy birthday to my nugget!” Caroline said in her own post, which was a slideshow containing several photos of Tate. “Tate…you truly are my mini me. From your legs to your random facial expressions….I love you to the moon and back! And, you also have a very low tolerance for annoying people!“

Luke and Caroline celebrated Tate’s birthday by taking him bowling. They also went the extra mile by designing and wearing t-shirts recognizing his special day, which read “Tate. The man. The myth. The legend.”
“These shirts are clutch,” Luke captioned a photo of him and Caroline wearing the shirts while hanging out in the bowling alley with their son. Tate’s huge smile says it all…he seemed to be having a great birthday!
“where my shirt. love it,” Luke’s mom, LeClaire, commented on the picture. We love the shirts too!
