Luke Grimes’ Shared His Thoughts On The Finale
In an interview with Newsweek, Grimes shared his thoughts on season 5, part 2 of Yellowstone.
“I think true to Yellowstone’s form, [viewers] won’t be able to see it coming. I feel like that’s the kind of beauty of Taylor’s [Sheridan] writing and it’s always so surprising. It’s never what you thought it was going to be.”
The season finale was rumored to have been leaked on Reddit, but now fans are not so sure because Grimes claims it is something you would not expect.
He continued by saying, “But I think everyone will be really satisfied with, you know, if I would have tried to come up with an ending, I never would have come up with this one, but it’s the perfect one. Because I’m clearly not a writer and even if I was, it would not be as good as Taylor.”
Although the actor promises a satisfying ending to the high-stakes drama, there has been discussion of a season 6. The rumor mill continues with Cole Houser opening up to Fox about his desire to continue playing Rip Wheeler after the drama’s “ending” in season 5. The official position of the cast and network is that this season will mark the end of the show, but fans are not so sure.
